We vacation to the beach almost every summer. It is our happy place, our home away from home.  We love the sunshine and the warmth of the sand on our toes. When we are by the sea we channel our inner creativity as we build sandcastles and drawings in the sand. But I have a confession. I sometimes pray for a storm to brew. I read a morning devotional the other morning while cleaning up the breakfast dishes. It came from a devotional notepad I have on the window sill of my kitchen window. I purposefully place it there so that throughout the day the devotional thought can be read multiple times.  This particular verse was a verse that I have read no doubt hundreds of times. “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord.
